Work Performed and Responsibilities:
Assisted in the development of asset inventories and appraisals with information coming from disparate sources—town reports, plans, contracts, maps, plant specifications, etc.
Developed schedules for cost of service, revenues and revenue requirements, allocation factors, rates, proof of revenue, typical bills and bill tabulations, consumption levels by blocks, etc. Developed graphical figures to show comparisons.
Assisted with the design and development of models and reports, particularly with the design and format of tailored models to make them useful, understandable, and “user friendly.”
Assisted in the computation of rate and customer service charge options, factoring in numerous variables in order to make rate comparisons between different municipalities valid.
